All photographs, text, designs, videos, and graphics on this website belong to Katie Becker Design or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to share links to our work. You may not copy, download, republish, or use our photos or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Interior Design Services
Information on this website about our design services is general. The scope, fees, and terms of any design project are set in a separate written agreement signed by you and Katie Becker Design.
4. Affiliate Links

PART TWO: ELEVATED LIVING COLLECTIVE TERMS
These terms cover your membership in the Elevated Living Collective (the "Collective"), our digital styling membership at elevatedlivingcollective.com. By purchasing or using the Collective, you agree to these terms.
1. Your Membership
Your membership is a one-time payment of $199 for one year of access, starting on the day of purchase. It does not renew on its own, and you will never be charged again unless you choose to renew. When your year ends, you can renew at the current price. Sales tax may be added at checkout where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. Refunds
The Collective is a digital product delivered the moment you join, so all purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Personal Use
Each membership is for one person styling their own home. Please do not share your sign-in, and do not copy, resell, or redistribute the guides, formulas, photos, or videos. All Collective content, including Katie Becker Design portfolio photography, belongs to Katie Becker Design.
4. Products From Other Retailers
Every product we recommend is sold by an outside retailer, not by Katie Becker Design. The retailer sets the price, availability, shipping, and return policy, and these can change without notice. Before you buy, check each product's dimensions against your space. We are not responsible for products, orders, or delivery from outside retailers.
5. Styling Guidance
The Collective gives general styling direction for your home. It is not a custom interior design service and does not include site visits, installation, or advice for your specific home. You are responsible for placing items safely, including anchoring heavy pieces, mirrors, and shelving.
6. How Suggestions Are Made. Some product suggestions in the Collective are sorted with the help of artificial intelligence, based on your style quiz answers. We curate the formulas and product boards, but an individual suggestion may occasionally miss the mark.
7. Changes to the Collective
We regularly update the guides, products, and features, and we may change or remove any part of the Collective at any time. We may end a membership without a refund if it is shared, resold, or misused.
8. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase a membership.

PART THREE: GENERAL TERMS
These apply to the website and the Collective.
1. Disclaimer: Our website and the Collective are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Katie Becker Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the Collective. Our total liability for any claim related to the Collective will never exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
3. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
4. Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent version. Continuing to use our website or the Collective after an update means you accept the new terms.

PART FOUR: PRIVACY POLICY
Katie Becker Design respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our website, work with us on a design project, or join the Elevated Living Collective.

We collect information when you visit our website, fill out a contact or inquiry form, engage our interior design services, purchase a digital product or membership, or subscribe to our emails.

2. How We Use Your Information

Contact you about full-service interior design if you tell us in the Collective style quiz that you are planning a remodel, build, or move

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
Trusted service providers who help us run our business, including our payment processor (Stripe), email platform (Mailchimp), website and membership hosting (Showit and Cloudflare), and the artificial intelligence provider that helps sort product suggestions in the Collective (Anthropic). Your style quiz answers are shared with the AI provider only to build your guides.
Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
All service providers are required to keep your information confidential and secure.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Collective members sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, so there is no password to steal. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your Collective account and saved guides, by emailing hello@katiebeckerdesign.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and the Collective are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

PART FIVE: COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them to:
